- Costume designs for two guests at the masked ball in the third scene of Ruth Page's ballet, Die Fledermaus.
- Two figures full-length; female figure at left facing right, head turned front; male figure at right facing front.
- Female figure wears tutu-length costume; skirt, raised in back with short full train, has multicolored butterfly decorations and pair of large butterfly wings on back; fitted white bodice with lowcut back; butterfly decorations cover cap and affixed to ends of projections extending from cap; narrow green mask covers eyes; green gloves.
- Male figure wears black jacket with multicolored butterfly decorations on sleeves, breast, and around collar; white tights; black skullcap with two small antennae at front; narrow green(?) mask covers eyes.
