- Four costume designs on one sheet for the principal couples in Ruth Page's ballet, Les petits riens. These designs are signed and dated after Ballet for America, the company for which the ballet was produced, ceased activities. They are meant, presumably, as a record of the designs rather than as working sketches.
- Four figures full-length, standing in various poses with joined hands; male figure at far left and female figure at far right face back; female figure, center left, and male figure, center right, face front.
- Figures at far left, center right, and far right are finer representations of designs *MGZGA Dav R Pet 1, *MGZGA Dav R Pet 2, and *MGZGA Dav R Pet 3.
- Female figure center left wears pink tutu-length costume with full, puffed sleeves; gold baroque design on front of bodice; underskirt of pale purple; sash draped from under right arm across bodice to left hip; pale purple bows on sleeves at elbows; purple band around neck; small gold crown with purple and pink plumes.
