- Multiple costume designs for Ruth Page's ballet, Americans in Paris, first performed at the Cincinnati Zoological Gardens, Aug. 8, 1936, by Ruth Page, Paul Draper and company. Includes designs for: Mother, Father, Boy, Girl, Man in tall hat, Ghosts of Harlem, Acrobats, Grisette, 2 street girls, 2 lesbians, Sailor, Chef, Concierge, Artist and Taxi driver. Additional designs, some of which may be for the same characters, appear on the verso of one sheet. On the verso of the second sheet are b&w graphite sketches of a proscenium with a lowered curtain, with ramps leading up to the stage.
