- Produced by the University of Washington Archives of Ethnic Music and Dance in cooperation with Seoul National University. Filmed and recorded in Korea on July 14, 1966 by Robert Garfias and Harold Schultz. Released by University of Washington Press, 1969. Summary: Masked folk drama of Korea consisting of a number of short acts using stock characters (nobleman, shaman, policeman, monkey, errant monk, etc.) with dialogue, dancing, and pantomime interspersed throughout. Six episodes are shown featuring masked male dancers in folk costume followed by two dances performed by Pak Sang Hwa, unmasked and not in costume.
