Summary
Subtitled A portrait of the jazz and tap dancer, film documents a week spent by members of the Copasetics in New Paltz, New York. Film begins with rehearsals in Jerry LeRoy's rehearsal studio in New York City, then moves to New Paltz with segments of rehearsals, workshops, performances, informal reminiscences, and more formal interviews with the dancers about their careers and those of other great tap dancers including Bill Robinson and Baby Lawrence.
