  • Cassette 1 (ca. 37 min.). Sun Ock Lee [Sŏn-ok Yi] performs two solo Korean dances, the second being a drum dance. Sachiyo Ito presents a lecture-demonstration on women's roles in traditional Japanese dance and performs several dances including Ayako mai and Fuji musume (Wistaria flowers).
  • Cassette 2 (ca. 42 min.). Rina Singha performs several North Indian dances in Kathak style. Sharon Lowen performs two dances in Mayurbhanj Chhau style. Vija Vētra performs a dance based on classical Indian Bharata Natyam style.
  • Cassette 3 (ca. 30 min.). Ritha Devi gives a lecture-demonstration on Odissi dance and performs two dances, Parvati Lasyam, and an excerpt from a solo dance drama.
