CONTENTS. - Basic exercises for Penca Silat (martial arts). Penca dances based on the movements of Penca Silat: Penca Gobang (Sword dance), Sipecut (The whip), Pamonyet (The monkey), Limbuhan (The lance), Pamacan (The tiger), and a Combat dance with knife, sword, and three-pronged dagger. A demonstration of instruments played by the Kendang Penca (musical ensemble) is included. - Topeng Babakan (masked dances of Sunda with gamelan accompaniment): three excerpts performed by Sujana, Bulus, and Sandrut. Includes demonstration of gamelan instruments.
