Summary

Documentary, in Hungarian, on the Hungarian State Opera Ballet and the creation of choreographer László Seregi's new version of the ballet Sylvia, from the concept to the premiere. Seregi is shown conducting rehearsals, coaching the principal dancers, consulting with designer Tivadar Márk, and discussing (in Hungarian) the preparation of the ballet. Numerous rehearsal and performance excerpts from the ballet are included as well as a discussion by principal dancers Lilla Pártay and Imre Dozsa.
