- Summary
- Kay Poursine is interviewed by Nancy Savin about how she began dancing, about Bharata Natyam and its history, and about her association with Balasaraswati. Poursine is shown dancing and then, as the dance is repeated, she explains the meaning of the gestures performed. She is also shown teaching a class in Bharata Natyam to Wesleyan University students.
