Charles "Cookie" Cook hosts a boatride attended by veteran tap and chorus dancers from the early days of the Harlem night clubs. "Cookie" introduces a few of the guests including "Buster" Brown and Honi Coles. Several guests improvise a few dance steps for the camera and Susan Goldbetter interviews "Cookie."
