- Videotaped in performance at the University Theatre, University of Hawaii. Dances reconstructed and staged by Sandra Noll Hammond. Original choreography: Michel and Arthur Saint-Léon. Music: Michel Saint-Léon and Daniel Auber. Music transcription: Takashi Koshi. Costumes: Mary Thompson.
- The entrées are from notebooks (1829-30) kept by Michel Saint-Léon, dancing master to the princesses of the Court of Württemberg following his retirement from the Paris Opéra.
- Dancers: Laurie Lowry, Jaye Knutson, Kathryn-Suzann White. Each dance is videotaped twice, from the front and the side.
