- Signed: R.R. Bouché lower right under United Scenic Artists stamp. Inscribed lower left: Offenbach. Debutante. Koesun marked through in pencil and Carroll written over. Costume design for Antony Tudor's ballet Offenbach in the underworld, premiered by Ballet Theatre, April 18, 1956.
- Full length female figure, in fifth position in bas of the arms, with feet in fifth position. Light blue ruffled dress, with matching bonnet tied under chin. Worn by Elisabeth Carroll as a friend of the Debutante.
