- Signed: R.R. Bouché lower right under United Scenic Artists stamp. Inscribed lower left: Offenbach. La Patronne. Clement. Costume design for Antony Tudor's ballet Offenbach in the underworld, premiered by Ballet Theatre, April 18, 1956.
- Full length female figure to front, head turned to her right in profile, her left arm extended to side. Blue-green skirt with purple overskirt and tight fitting black jacket. Small figure to left shows costume from side, with skirt raised to reveal white petticoat and black stockings. Worn by Nansi Clement as Madame la Patronne.
