- Signed lower right: R. R. Bouché. Costume design for Antony Tudor's ballet Offenbach in the underworld, premiered by Ballet Theatre, April 18, 1956.
- Two views of the same costume. Female figure full-length to front wearing a low-cut, ruffled dress in purple, dark red, black and orange. Other figure is seen in profile, turned to the right with one arm raised. This view shows the back of the costume, with ruffles gathered into a bustle. Both have long black lace goves and carry purple ostrich feather fans. More ostrich plumes on their heads. Instructions about the fabrics are written on the design.
