- Unsigned costume design for Henry Purcell's opera Dido and Aeneas, in a production premiered by the English Opera Group, May 1, 1951 at the Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith. Inscribed lower right: Harbour scene.
- Depicts a woman from Act III, the harbour of Carthage. Female figure, full-length to slight left, wears a blue skirt and low-cut bodice. Dark red fabric is draped over her left shoulder, down the back and across the front of skirt. She stands, arms akimbo, with bare feet.
