Summary

Ann Reinking, star of many musical comedies and films, looks back over her career, which has included work with the choreographers Michael Bennett, Bob Fosse, and Patricia Birch. She describes her experiences as a teacher and notes the need to transmit musical comedy choreography from one generation to the next, as ballet choreography is transmitted. She also talks about the process of preparing her one-woman show at Carnegie Hall, scheduled for October 1983.
