- Summary
- Principles of body alignment and movement based on the movement analysis system Bartenieff fundamentals, described and demonstrated by Peggy Hackney, with Paul Loper. The tape includes exercises formulated to help dancers develop and improve total body connectedness, verticality, lower and upper body mobility, diagonal connections of lower to upper body, movement with three spatial pulls, weight shift and propulsion, body half-action, and spiraling.
