- In connection with his 1979 staging of Billy the Kid for Ballet West, Eugene Loring discusses its creation in 1938 for Ballet Caravan, including his collaboration with Lincoln Kirstein and Aaron Copland. He also talks about his experiences as a choreographer for motion pictures, among them Funny face, Silk stockings, and Deep in my heart, and as chairman of the dance department of the University of California, Irvine.
