- CONTENTS. - Fancy Gap Elementary School dance. Recorded in Fancy Gap, Virginia, in April 1989. The dancers perform flatfooting (the Fancy Gap term for percussive stepdancing), Appalachian square dances, and couple dances such as the two-step. A Paul Jones mixer is also included in the evening.
