Preceded by approx. 3-1/2 min. of views of the plaza of Lincoln Center.

- CONTENTS. - Paradise lost. Choreography: Roland Petit. Scenery/costumes: Martial Raysse. Danced by Margot Fonteyn, Rudolf Nureyev, and ensemble. Edited footage, mainly of rehearsals and curtain calls; includes a few seconds of performance depicting Nureyev's dive into painted lips on the backdrop. The dancers frequently mark the movements. - Giselle. Choreography: Nicholas Sergeyev after Coralli and Perrot. Brief glimpse of dancers costumed for Act I, followed by rehearsal footage of Act II with Albrecht [Nureyev?] in rehearsal clothes and Giselle [Fonteyn?] and wilis in costume; concludes with curtain calls. - The sleeping beauty. Choreography: Ashton and Sergeyev after Petipa. Brief glimpses of Act III divertissements, including the Bluebirds, Puss-in-boots and the White cat, the grand pas de deux, and the Three Ivans. - Giselle.
