- SUMMARY: Videotaped in the dance lab theater on April 10, 1981 by Ed Emshwiller. Class in Duncan technique, taught by Julia Levien. Includes barre exercises, floor work, and moving across the floor. Levien discusses Isadora Duncan's Prelude, danced to Chopin, and teaches the class a work by Duncan based on the theme of the individual. Low-level lighting throughout tape. Occasional gaps in recording.
