Summary
Guests are Sandra Jamrog, a dancer/choreographer who works with pregnant women; Priscilla Tablante, a business executive in her first pregnancy; and orthopedist Dr. Hans Kraus. They discuss various aspects of physical fitness for pregnant women, including conditioning and relaxation exercises they can do, and ways to avoid back pain after childbirth. Jamrog demonstrates several exercises, and is seen in a b&w excerpt from her piece Ragtime. In Esoterica balletica, Betty Low relates an anecdote about touring with the Original Ballet Russe.
