- Summary
- Douglas Dunn and Ping Chong, who share an interest in a wide range of media, discuss their choreography. Chong notes the influence of Meredith Monk, with whom he performed, and his Chinese heritage. Dunn describes the different challenges of videodance and stage performance, and examples of his choreography for each are demonstrated by Grazia Della-Terza. Other topics include the roles of particular dance and theater techniques, and of music or sound. In Esoterica balletica, Richard Alston recalls the last onstage appearance of Marie Rambert.
