Summary
Guests are former ballet dancers Liliane Montevecchi, now starring in the Broadway musical Nine, and Galina Panova, now in On your toes. Each describes how her ballet training prepared her for Broadway, and tells how she made the transition. Both dancers discuss their current roles; Montevecchi describes her work with choreographer Tommy Tune, and Panova describes a scene she plays in Russian with George de la Peña. In conclusion, they talk about their future projects. John Bernd, in Esoterica balletica, tells an anecdote about performing in Meredith Monk's Quarry in Italy.
