Summary
Unedited footage, recorded for the documentary Ruth Page: Once upon a dancer (1988). For the completed documentary, see: *MGZIA 4-1249 cassette 129. Larry Long looks back over his career as a dancer in Ruth Page's companies, describing his interactions with her as choreographer and director. He also discusses his present activities as director of the Ruth Page Foundation School of Dance.

He recalls the disbanding of Page's company and the establishment of the Ruth Page Foundation School of Dance. -- Cassette 72 (approx. 19 min.): He discusses the growth, development, and current activities of the school. -- Cassette 73 (approx. 18 min.): Continuing his discussion of the school, he talks about his second career as a teacher.
