- Summary
- Partially edited (?) interview and performance footage. In the first 27 min., Edward Stierle's comments about the genesis and intentions of the ballet are interspersed with sections of the ballet, recorded in performance. This is followed by 20 min. of interview footage in which Stierle discusses the International Ballet Competition, Robert Joffrey, his first (solo) version of Lacrymosa, and various aspects of choreography and performance.
