Summary
Documentary on Egyptian folk dances, as filmed on location between 1971 and 1988 by Aisha Ali, who performs herself in two dances recorded in 1991. The musical group led by Rais Qinnawi appears in several segments. Urban and rural landscapes and scenes of daily life are interspersed with the dances.
