Vol. 1 contains programs and newspaper clippings chiefly for the 1917-1919 South American tours of the Anna Pavlova Company, with ms. notes, in ink, by Smallens regarding itineraries, casting, and ballets performed. Includes some earlier programs from 1915-1916 and a few non-dance items. Vol. 2 contains programs and clippings for Ballet Theatre's 1940 New York and Chicago seasons, the 1934 and 1941 productions of Four Saints in three acts, as well as some non-dance items.
