Documents the career of Petrus van Muyden in the Netherlands before he came to the United States. Includes material on various Dutch ballet companies including the Nederlands Opera Ballet, Ballet der Lage Landen, Scapino Ballet, dancers Yvonne Georgi, Indra Kamadjojo (Indonesia), and dancer/choreographer Van Muyden himself.
Vol. 2 contains press clippings and photographs of Dutch television broadcasts featuring Van Muyden, Nov. 1957 through Feb. 1960, including his Koning Pierement and Ivo Cramér's Divertissement voor tien.
Vol. 3 contains dancers' photographs in magazine reproductions, 1939-1946.
