• Report on the Ballet of Los Angeles, which John Clifford formed in Dec. 1987 with Allegra Kent as his associate director. This company succeeds Clifford's Los Angeles Ballet which ceased operation in 1985. Also, in Feb. the University of California at Irvine dance department performed three lesser-known Tudor ballets: Sunflowers, Fandango and Little improvisations, and Rebecca Wright performed Stuart Sebastian's solo Undine at California State University at Long Beach, where she teaches.
