Vol. 1 (1950-1961) contains material on the Hanya Holm Company, Henry Street Playhouse, José Limón Company, Charles Weidman's Poor Eddy, Merry-Go-Rounders, New Dance Group, Gentlemen prefer blondes, Anna Sokolow and Company, Plain and fancy, Sean O'Casey's play Red roses for me, Contemporary Dances Productions, Ballet Theatre Workshop, Copper and brass, Destry rides again. Vol. 2 (1962-1986) contains materials on the American Choreographer's Workshop, Jeff Duncan Dance Repertory Company, Rigoletto (choreographed by Duncan for the Baltimore Civic Opera Company), Anna Sokolow Dance Company, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, Judson Dance Theater, American Dance Festival, Dance Theater Workshop Company, Peter Shaffer's play Royal hunt of the sun, Adelphi Dance Theatre, Duncan's solo concerts, and his Fulbright fellowship.
