Summary
Semi-final and final rounds of the British Amateur Latin and Ballroom Dancing Championships, preceded by a tribute to the late Sonny Binick, a founding member of the Ballroom Dancing Federation. A running commentary on the competitors is provided by Pat Thompson and Bryan Allen. Each category of the competition is followed by an awards presentation and interview with the championship winners. The dances performed in the Latin category are the cha cha, samba, rumba, pasodoble, and jive; in the ballroom dancing (modern) category, the waltz, foxtrot, tango, and quickstep.
