- Tried in the Central Criminal Court, London, Sept. 17-19, 1945, the defendant was convicted of high treason against Great Britain. On Nov. 7, 1945, the Court of Criminal Appeal dismissed the appeal of the appellant. The appeal was taken to the House of Lords, where the opinion of the trial court was upheld.
