  • "Words for music was designed, set, and printed in the 1986-87 academic year by John Balkwill, Ann Borman, Neil Fuqueron, and Asa Peavy under the direction of Gabriel Rummonds at the Institute for the Book Arts, University of Alabama. The type is Van Dijck; it was printed on Amora text using a Cincinnati Type Foundry Washington hand press. Richard Zoellner drew the ornament on the title page."--Colophon.
  • An edition of forty copies, numbered and signed by the author.
