Summary
Video component of a course designed for fitness instructors, teachers of physical education and sports, and physical trainers. The video includes footage of classes taught by Patricia Vianin at the University of Fribourg ; four different dance styles ("funky," "techno," "Africano," and "Brazil") demonstrated by Vianin and two dancers ; the lambada, derived from the "Brazil" style ; the development of a choreographic piece, section by section ; and floor exercises for strengthening, relaxation, and stretching.
