Mr. Louis dicusses his recent tour to India; government sponsorship of his tour; the reception of his company in each city on tour; maintaining regular practice sessions while touring; bringing his own technical equipment for the tour; his assessment of government sponsorship; the artist as ambassador; and his plans to make a film series on dance as an art form.
