Summary
Fourth of six videocassettes designed to be used along with accompanying booklets containing both general information and specific descriptions of the musical and dance selections, as well as suggestions for further research. Most of the performances were recorded on location, many in the open air, and are generally performed by natives of the region. Countries covered on this tape are: Barbados, Cuba, Curaçao and Bonaire, Dominica, Haiti, Jamaica, Martinique, Puerto Rico, St. Lucia, and Trinidad and Tobago, with brief segments of carnival in Antigua, Grenada, St. Vincent, and St. Kitts.
