- Consists of 2 sheets of cardboard joined by 2 metal rings, in cream paper slipcase from which title page information is transcribed.
- The ill. consist of the letters "O" (fragmentary), "A" and "N" or "M" (fragmentary), silkscreened in silver on p. [1] and constructed from die cuts mounted on p. [3]. The text in English, printed on p. [4], appears in a German translation by Dieter Schwarz on back of portfolio; title: Die Aufgabe zu existieren.
