Summary

Suite of landscape and cityscape etchings, with etched title page, including views of the Auge valley, Pierrefonds, Rouen and Spoleto. Other subjects include bathers, bridges, chickens, cottages, cows, forests, goats, a harbor in Honfleur, horsemen, the papal palace in Avignon, rivers, rocks, storms, thatched buildings in Compiègne, Normandy and Trouville-sur-Mer, tides, and willows. Some prints present in more than one state; one print is a unique trial proof.
