Mr. Good remembers high school; his first dance experiences and training; becoming serious about dance at the American Dance Festival and then at SUNY Purchase; receiving a scholarship at the Merce Cunningham Studio and then being invited to join the company; influential teachers including Maggie Black; his own view of his strengths as a dancer; his interest in partnering; performance quality; important roles; dancing for the camera; various Merce Cunningham dances including Rainforest, Shards, Pictures, Exchange; performing Cunningham's roles; Good's own choreography; teaching and coaching.
