- Etchings of figurative subjects including a jester with two dogs, backgammon players, a group of acrobats with a monkey and a drum, and haymakers, including mothers and children, resting. An allegorical title page for L'Illustration nouvelle depicts a nude man resting by a cannon on which an owl is perched; factories appear in the background. One print is present in more than one state.
