Summary

Interview with Manon Souriau (20 min.) Ms. Souriau discusses her work as dancer and director of the Merry-Go-Rounders; the experience of performing under Fred Berk's direction; Berk's dance, Holiday in Israel.
Interview/discussion with Genevieve Oswald, Paula Levine and others (30 min.). The interview takes place in a noisy restaurant. Parts of the conversation are difficult to hear or attribute to a specific speaker. Ms. Oswald discusses Fred Berk's work on Jewish dance holdings for the Dance Collection of the New York Public Library; all participants discuss Berk as a dancer, director, teacher, and person.
