  • Cassette 1. Recorded on May 6, 1982. Tape begins with the conclusion of a telephone interview with Eliot Feld. Ms. Brown discusses her collaboration with Laurie Anderson on Set and reset; the devlopment of Glacial decoy; water imagery in her work; safety concerns in her pieces Man walking down the side of a building and Walking on the wall; meeting Robert Rauschenberg and first seeing his work; collaborating with Robert Rauschenberg at Judson Memorial Church; imagery in Rauschenberg's performance pieces and photography; her use of the proscenium in Glacial decoy; the construction of movement phrases in Glacial decoy.
