- This copy contains several anomalies including the following: a cancelled t.p. (typographically distinct and without the publisher's device noted in other copies); the absence of a printer's imprint at the foot of p. 135 and on the verso of the title page; and the absence of a list of works by the author on the verso of the half-title; it also lacks the publisher's advts. found in other copies. - Pforzheimer Copy: Dark blue unglazed cloth, gilt spine tilting and publisher's device, rule borders in gilt on upper cover, in blind on lower covers, olive floral patterned endpapers.
