- Explores the work of Reverend Audrey Bronson, psychology professor and pastor of the Sanctuary Church of the Open Door in West Philadelphia. Observes Bronson at work with her inner-city parishioners and teaching at Cheyney University, showing how she incorporates ethical and moral elements from the church into her teaching style and, similarly, how she brings to her church rational and scientific aspects of the classroom. Includes commentaries by Bronson's collegues and members of Bronson's congregation.
