Papers submitted by John H.B. Latrobe, counsel for Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations, at different times, in their behalf, touching the report and awards of Messrs. Rice and Jackson, commissioners : appointed by the President under the 49th article of the treaty between the United States, the Choctaw, and the Chickasaw Nations, proclaimed July 10, 1866; with the instructions of Hon. D.N. Cooley, commissioner of Indian Affairs, to said commissioners. Also, a letter from J.H.B. Latrobe, counsel, &c., to Hon. N.G. Taylor, commissioner of Indian Affairs, relative to the licenses to trade under article 39 of said treaty.
