  • The preservation of these videotapes was made possible through the cooperation of Eileen Herzog-Bazin, Comité Haïtien Art et Folklore, and the Jerome Robbins Archive of the Recorded Moving Image of the Dance Collection of The New York Public Library.
  • Six camera original videotapes from this conference were destroyed by fire. Fortunately, a portion of each of the six videotapes had been transferred to VHS before the fire. This session is missing a section from the beginning of the class. Some of the missing section, located on the VHS videotape, was added to this videotape.
