Summary

A 90-year-old Orthodox Jewess (Bob Giges' grandmother) describes how she fell in love, overcame her family's objections to, and married an Irish Catholic who converted to Judaism (Bob Giges' grandfather), and stayed happily married to him for almost 50 years until his death (just one day short of their golden wedding anniversary), keeping an Orthodox Jewish (Kosher) home of their own and raising their children (including Bob Giges' mother) as Orthodox Jews.
