Bingo has become one of the most popular games of this century. The reasons for its appeal range from "personal therapy" to the "thrill of the possible win". Bingo is gambling, to many people. In fact, the game is the 4th largest form of legalized gambling in the United States, lead by casinos, horse racing, and state lotteries. To some individuals, bingo can become "addictive", demonstrating all of the holds of habit-forming drugs. In these extreme cases, the "addict" is willing to sacrifice all just for one more game, a behavior pattern which often causes many personal and family problems.
