  • Binding: Publisher's dark blue cloth, stamped in gilt and blind, by J.G. Russell; pale yellow endpapers; binder's septuple flyleaves at the front and back. Conforms to Podeschi's 6th copy; copy described by Wilkins is bound in pink cloth.
